每次讀到或聽到，一些有關生命的離開事件，情緒總會波動。

我一直認為，人與人之間，別總是在生命的停止之後，才學會珍惜。

這種代價很大。我們都輸不起。

我沒有偉大的人生目標，但總是很努力的生活。

33歲，也許已經有很多人生感悟。

然而，無論怎樣想，始終覺得 follow my heart 最重要。

生命

這兩天，讀新聞。

33歲的中國歌手 -- 姚貝娜，因病過世。

34歲的台灣名模 -- 隋棠，閃婚。

這樣的紅白事，很叫人糾結。

生命，充滿喜悅，卻又如此脆弱。

如果受傷

如果有一天，我受傷了。

親愛的朋友，就甚麼也不要說，好嗎？

給我肩膀和抱抱就好。

記當下

二舅今天病逝。

昨天，媽媽也因為乳房疼痛去了醫院進行身體檢查。幸好沒事。

我們真的不知道下一秒、下一分鐘......明天會發生甚麼事。

愛自己、珍惜當下、快樂生活真的真的很重要。

Coconut Candy

Never too old for a childhood memory.

This coconut candy is one of my favorite childhood candies. Still remember when listen to the sound "ting, ting, ting..." Kids like to run out from house to stop the motorcyclist uncle whenever they need to help their grandmother, mother or aunt to buy breads or especially snacks and candies for themselves.
